1. The service

Stafon provides an AI studio platform: users give orders in natural language, the system analyses them, quotes credits, and performs the job (videos, images, voiceovers and other formats) only after the user approves. Stafon may change, add or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your account secure. Each Free account is for one real person; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions may lead to suspension under our anti-abuse policy.

3. Credits and plans

Credits are Stafon’s internal billing unit; they are not currency, are non-transferable and cannot be converted back to cash except as stated in the Refund Policy. Plan credits are granted weekly and do not roll over; top-up credits never expire. Prices may change with prior notice and never apply retroactively to credits already purchased.

4. Operational data

When you use the service, Stafon records operational data including your commands, script drafts, approve/reject decisions and job results. This data is used to operate the service, reconcile credits and improve service quality (including training and fine-tuning models that serve Stafon itself), in line with the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to create unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, commit fraud, or harm the system. Stafon may refuse jobs, suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities where required.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Stafon’s liability for indirect damages is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
